I so have dreams of building a cabin in the woods.. and I believe I could.. maybe someday and if I do these have all the parts and stability I would need to document that process. It held my bulky old heavy cell phone and my Canon EOS quite well. They are light, easy to transport and really do create a stable film or picture, which is key if you’re going to make a successful you tube video about said cabin build someday. I may not have what I need yet to build the cabin, but I got this and that’s a start.

Easy to install, convenient

I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say it flexes with a full size camera, my gigantic DSLR sits firmly on it while holding the handle. No, it's not a "gimbal" and was never advertised as such. It makes the low shots easier and gives more positive control of camera movement. Turn your camera/ phone sideways and you have a cage. It's a great piece of kit if you know what it's for and how to use it. I only wish it had another 1/4-20 thumb screw on the base. Google it's usage before you buy.

For the cost it's worth it. It's sturdy enough with steady hands makes shooting easy

If you're going to use this with a camera- it's pretty decent. But the cellphone mount broke after a couple uses. I am still not sure what happened to it, but the spring shot out of it and now it won't hold the phone. Exactly 31 days after we got it so I can't return or replace it) I do struggle with the hotshoe too-- it was really hard to get things in there & not twist it all over the place. BUT I really like the handle & quality so I might just buy a different cell phone mount rather than look for a whole new rig. (I don't know if this matters at all-- but full disclosure-- the one I purchased was delivered to the wrong house by Amazon & while I was waiting to be refunded- my mother purchased another one for me on her account. So technically this review is on a different order but identical item from the same seller)

This thing is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to use my phone screen as the viewing screen for my GoPro and this allows me to have both attached to a study frame that is easy and comfortable to carry around on my adventures.

I work in the concert scene and take great video with this. I use a canon rebel t6i and fits perfect

When I received my order one of the units was broken. The other one was a little bent out of shape and has no room to hold anything but a GoPro. The phone holder won't even fit. Total waste of money.
