Perfect for mounting my z50
I bought this to use on my Zhiyun crane 3 with my Nikon z50 with the FTZ adapter and lens (35mm, 50mm or 24-70mm)The knuckle that is on the FTZ adapter forces the balance point to be too far forward when using a lighter weight lens. I needed a way to mount the camera using the screw hole in the camera body to force the balance point further to the rear of the camera.This block does a great job of this, but requires that the block be turned so the slot runs perpendicular to the camera body and the front bottom screw hole be used to attach to the crane.It is solidly built and the non slip surface is reassuring to keep the camera in place.Now my camera balances perfectly and I can easily get to all of the controls while using my gimbal!
