Expensive, but worth it
It's a shame this is so expensive (nearly as much as the lock itself), but it's essential if you want to do anything smart with the lock or use the API. Works very well overall.

Poor product. Terrible client service!
Massively overpriced. Incredibly difficult to set up. And last but not least, the worst customer service I ever received!

2nd hand returns. Not new
Suppose to be brand new. Item looked used and both seals on the box were opened. Asked for replacement, when this delivered, found also previously opened. Order now cancelled and refund requested. Will order brand new elsewhere.

A bit of a pain to set up
It took a while to set it up and then kept disconnecting, now this could be the lock it self,

No good for dual door systems
Very temperamental and slow to connect, slow to respond and doesn’t work well on dual gate systems (where you buzz through a gate and then a door) as it needs a few minutes to reset between opens

Does the job.
Well this works ok as expected but feel it should be included inside the Nuki 3.0 lock as per the pro. The cost is high for what it does. If you have apple hub in Home you might not need this as I could open the door from anywhere.
