The only enzyme solution I will use for my home
The best enzyme pet stain and odor solution. Been using it for over a decade +. Indispensable to have some on hand if you have doggo. I tried many different kinds but this is the one I always return to. My preference is for the oxy-formula. It has a bright fresh scent and seems to be the only one I have found his one does not feel "sticky" when dried. I also add some to my rug shampoo (with cool water - not hot! - which would kill the enzymes). I will even use it for my upholstery for spots (just make sure your upholstery is safe for water based cleaners before trying a spot test). Will buy again and again.

Great stuff with 3 dogs!
This stuff works great on pet stains. We lived fulltime in our RV with 3 dogs and a cat. Our hardheaded Shi Tzu had "accidents" when the weather was bad and she didn't want to go outside. This worked great removing the wet stain when used as directed. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering which is important when living in cramped quarters. The sprayer has 2 settings. One is for foaming and the other is spray. This also worked well on vomit stains. It is well worth the money!

Gets the job done.
I have tried multiple solutions for spot cleaning on my ivory couches and chairs. Because it's oxy based, this gets out almost every stain I have worked on. Between the dogs, kids, and husband my furniture gets filthy. I can't find it in the area of my new home so I order it in jugs on Amazon. The smell is NOT my favorite. But it deodorizes and gets the job done. I am loyal to this product. Works best on organic stains (chocolate, wine). Markers etc.. Needs a bit more elbow grease. Pair it with a spot carpet cleaner and you have a great combination!

Simply amazing!
I originally bought this cleaner because I had an old dog that could not hold her urine anymore and would also occasionally vomit from not eating. Both would stain the carpet terribly and I could not remove the stains, so I started researching on-line and found this cleaner. It works great for a quick clean up, but old stains are where this cleaner excels. I followed some recommendations on-line, sprayed some very old stains well and then covered them with Saran Wrap overnight. In the morning the stains were gone! Even a blood stain from and old paw wound disappeared!I quickly bought this big refill bottle. This works on all fabrics I have tried and I have even used it on a shirt. The scent is actually decent, not like some other strong or nasty smelling cleaners I have tried.

although the smell isn't as nice as the orange one
I usually buy an orange-scented oxy urine spray, but the local stores don't sell it anymore, so I wanted to try this one. So far, it seems to work as well as my normal brand, although the smell isn't as nice as the orange one. My dog is on diuretics for his CHF, so a spray like this is a must because he can't make it through the night and refuses to use piddle pads. I did try it in my steam cleaner just to see how it would do. It didn't get the stains up as well as the normal solution, but for spraying it directly on the pee, it works well. Also it doesn't seem to leave a yellow stain like some of the non-oxy cleaners sometimes do on the carpet.

Removes old and new stains
Removes old and new urine stains. For best results blot up as much liquid as possible. I use wadded up toilet paper. A big wad and use multiple wads until nothing comes up. Then I put the product in a spray bottle and soak the area. soak an area twice the size of the original stain. then fluff up the carpet with your fingers to assure coverage. In my experience the stain is already gone and now your onto odor control. Now take a wash cloth and soak in hot water. Wring out the excess water but keep it pretty wet and place it over the stain. This will keep the product you put on you carpet moist and allow the biologic odor neutralizer to work for a longer period of time. Leave the towel on for 24 hours and then remove. Let the carpet dry and then vacuum.

Too expensive!
This product has doubled in price! I haven't bought it in two years. Ot may be another two years or never if I purchase this again. It's too expensive and there's no other reason than greed which I don't support.

100% effective. buy it!
this is the refill bottle, which pretty much says it all. bought the original smaller spray bottle at PetCo. didn't need it or use it until recently when Old Cat Carl began having diarrhea out of the litter box and instead on the cat mats around the house. this isn't the time in Southern California when one just fills the washing machine at will - we look for other equal ways to clean and disinfect - so i tried the spray. removed stain, removed odor, and went all the way through the mat so it was a thorough job.I'm completely satisfied; significantly, the other cats are not more interested in the OXY cleaned mats than any other, so that tells me also that OXY has done the job.i spray, rub the area with a toothbrush, let it dry...
