Q: does this stay on the waterline

I found that it melted off my waterline and finished up coating my contact lenses. One that really does stay on my water line is the Nyx version.

Q: Hi can someone reccommend a sharpener for this product please? Ive heard amazing reviews on this item. The only downfall is its difficult to sharpen.
