If you are a fan of sweet heat, you’re gonna love this! I purchased “mild” so it isn’t overpowering at all. No special way to use it. Just experiment with it.

Poor shipping technique
The product was most likely ok, but was placed in a box that was too large with very little packing material so I received 3 broken jars with glass in the Pepper Jelly. I took it to the dump.
