Does it help
I use the patch for my knees. Helps calm the pain rather quickly. I get a little itchy from the patch but it’s not overwhelming.

Heats up great
I was surprised by how hot this gets. I've seen them on about a million Korean dramas but never really thought about purchasing but was having residual pain from an accident and these little suckers really worked to sooth. THey won't make all your pain disappear, because let's be real that is not possible. But they do a great job of easing the pain and adding some heat to the area.

Love the pain relief not the smell
This works really well for pain relief. I've used it on many areas of the body. These are small and could be worn discreetly if it wasn't for the strong menthol scent. I wish there were an odorless version. The adhesive is a little harsh for my skin and I bruise so I can't use these all the time. If you use any lotion or body oil these won't stay on very well. I use Thermacare as well, but the price of these for the amount you get is much better ($10 for 60 vs $8-10 for 3 Thermacare but odor free). If I could merge the 2 it would be perfect, but I really like this product.
