the bull guard I found very easy to install with the tools on hand, I have a reasonable set of tools, sockets, wrenches, from Lowes and was able to install with some time by myself, might of been easier to have help. there are a couple of bolts that were hard to get to on my Dodge 3500-2012, you will need longer extension's to remove 4 on each side of the tow hook, and only install 2 on each side which is much easier to do, the top ones are the hard ones to get to. I did drill the easier side of the top on each side and installed a original bolt and nut, I did that just for me, not required.
