Excellent product absolutely delicious with Cakes and Pastries!
Macphie Mactop Traditional Cream is an absolutely fantastic alternative to fresh cream! It has almost half the fat, whips as thick as traditional fresh cream and tastes absolutely yummy in cakes and pastries! The bonus is that you can freeze it as well! A little goes along way with this product and it whips to three times its original size so any left can be stored in the freezer and is just as good when its defrosted and used again. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to cut the fat in their diets but still want the taste of traditional fresh cream on their desserts or hobby bakers who are looking for a great tasting alternative to fresh cream for their cakes and pastries.

Mock cream
I have to say this cream is beautiful. Great taste. I think it's even nicer than ordinary cream. Whips up perfectly Will be buying again.

A light mock cream can be frozen also...
Took a while to whisk however Its light and creamy ideal for a victoria sponge and all sorts of cakes. A little to sweet for me. But nice. It freezes well and handy to have to hand. Try making ice cream with pistachio tinned mango and a pinch of cinnamon and cardamonfor Indian Ice Cream. Delightful...sadly the 2nd time I ordered it Yodel had damaged the box cream everywhere I am waiting for a refund!

Too sweet, too sloppy
I had high hopes for this but it was a disappointment. Whipped up well but quite sloppy and would never hold up with a cake layer on top. Very sickly sweet with a slight chemically aftertaste. Not cheap, but there is a lot. Box looked like it had been drop kicked all the way here, but was inside a pristine Amazon box, so was like that before it was packaged. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

Amazing! You won’t regret buying it!
Amazing!!! I hadn’t realised how much I missed synthetic cream. I used to love it as a kid from the bakers. My husband doesn’t like proper cream so I decided to look for something similar to those amazing bakery cakes from our childhood. This stuff is just awesome! Bit of a tip though, you’ll need way less than you think! I used half & it would’ve filled these doughnuts twice over! It shipped up lovely in the electric mixer. Stored the remainder in the fridge & were still eating it 3 days later! The rest of the carton I’ve frozen, I wish I’d separated it into 2 now. Not to worry, I’ll definitely be buying this again! Silky smooth, kept its fluffiness when whipped & just a hint of sweetness. Loved this!
