Anyone know the area coverage you are getting with the 20L?

Hello, you will get 40-60sqm per 20 litre tub. The 40sqm will be on your first coat, with the product going 50% further for your second coat giving you 60sqm per 20L tub. Hope this helps.

Is this product completely impermeable to rain water? I have a basement under a tarmac patio which gets when it rains

The product is water resistant, but not waterproof, if water is continuously present (ie this type of product could not be used to seal a fish pond for example) Hope that helps. Regards, Alex@Smartseal

Does it cover oil leaks?

Hi, I think it will cover it, though I did not use it for the oil spill. I had a chemical spillage and covered it very well. It is a lovely product and has made my driveway tarmac look as good as new. I hope this is helpful.
