I am a big fan of the Dr Rath supplements. I have been taking 2 of the products for about 1 1/2 years. My cholesterol was getting out of control and I refused the statin drugs that my Dr. was pushing. Personally I take the Healthy Cholesterol and the Healthy Collagen formulas. Everyone is different -- but these work wonders for me. Every time I have had my blood tests -- My cholesterol has come down again. Little bits at a time.Everyone needs to use the 800 number or email and contact an "actual person" to help them find the correct products.

Recommended by nutritionist. So far so good. will continue buying. Dr. Rath's supplements have been highly recommended in the past by friends as well.

This is the best collagen supplement I've taken. It definitely makes my joints feel better and shows results in my skin. It's also helped my tendons in areas that have had injuries.

I believe the product is good but the size of the tablet is something else. It is like a horse pill and if you have trouble swallowing enormous pills, I would avoid this one. Hint, I would prefer 2 pills half the size of this tablet. Yes, I did try halving the pill but the edges are sharp and difficult to swallow. I also quartered it and I experienced an upset stomach that day so unfortuantely I have to give up.

Based on short usage of less than a week, I think it's helping. I started taking it because of fatigue and skin issues (research suggested that what helps the adrenal glands also helps the connective tissue - "skin"). I have also been taking the Alive for Women 50+ vitamins, and they have been good, too.Feeling better altogether.
