So much relief!
I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for about 20 years and develop an awful knot on my lower trapezoid. I’ve gotten a lot of relief from OMT, but the pain came back about a week after my last visit. I tried this on a whim because it made sense. I cannot describe the amount of relief I got after just one use! The pain started coming back a few hours later, but knowing these things don’t resolve immediately I kept using it a few times a day. I always feel like I just got an amazing massage about 5 minutes after using it. Anyway, a few days later, the pain is gone. No numbless, nothing. I’m still using it once or twice a day just to make sure, but I’m totally a fan!! The price is worth it, as about one copay at the OMT would be the same price. Just buy it!

Fantastic product
I had one of these (not this one) a long time ago and didn't like it. I was hesitant to order this one but I saw the changes that were different than my prior one and decided to take a chance. Glad I did cuz this one is AMAZING. If you're on the fence - get it! You'll love it.

Welcome addition!
This was recommended by my physical therapist. It has been a more than welcome addition.I have arthritis along most of my spine, and have had to learn different ways of doing things.Unfortunately, I quite often get knots in the muscles, that are sometimes quite uncomfortable. This has become a very useful tool in helping to relieve and reduce the pressure caused by those knots.I would highly recommend.

This tool can release hard to reach muscles on your back.
I was skeptical about buying this tool, but after using it, I can't stop using it. The angles I am able to get at stubborn tight muscle spots is amazing. The sharper nodes at one side of the stick let me pick accurately at hard to reach places between my shoulder blades and also the muscles that surround the scapula that a tennis ball or massage ball can't reach. I can now bench press without shoulder pain which had persisted for months.

Amazed!
I own many massage tools as you can imagine, different tiger roller, foam roller with different shapes, colors, density, peanut balls, Graston massage tools, etc. you name it, I have it.This tool by far is the most versatile, light and effective massage tool I have ever encountered. It has the capability to address those annoying nots on the back of your calf, thigh, shoulder blade that are very hard to access to. Due to its weight and shape you can do lots of work just when lying down. Massaging IT band is just a breeze with this, the same way going over large quad, hamstring muscles or smaller arm muscles.Wonderful design. I wish I knew about this much earlier.

Miraculous.
THANK. GOD. My 80 year old friend ordered one of these and he couldn’t believe how effective it was. I immediately bought the same one. WOW. If you’re in pain, buy one of these now - I’ve used similar ones. These pressure points are perfectly configured! Shipped within hours. I’m using it right now.

Underwhelming.
Was really excited to get this item and hoping to experience relief but this tool had some flaws. Maybe it works for others and it's just me but one the primary trigger point knob is just too pointy. The knobs numbered 1 and 2, which are what I would be using most. It's simply too damn pointy and hurts more than not. I've simultaneously bought another brand hoping to keep as a secondary to use and waited for this one expecting higher quality because it's made in the U.S.The other brand that I included pictures of, had knobs that were round which I found to be far more comfortable rather than painful. Again, maybe I'm not using this correctly but that pointy design just doesn't work for me.Both the blue(made in U.S.) and the black(made in China) felt like similar quality, I mean as should be if the imitation one also uses fiberglass/plastic composition. The black one has a big and smaller "hook" which I found offered more options in terms of usage. The handle designs looks all weird but strangely effective in terms of giving one grip and leverage. On both the blue and black products there are the knobs for massaging neck and lower back. I honestly don't know how to best use the ones for the neck OR the ones for lower back. Those neck knobs are all fixed distances which didn't feel like they were able to hit the right spot(both blue and black.)The lower back knobs, like wise, are fixed and I don't feel it hits the right spots either. The black one is even worse with the mutli-knob design. None of those knobs hits anywhere comfortable or for relief.I've bought the accessory product for neck massage and included pictures. Those seems like dense rubber of some sort with a little give which does feel comfortable when used on your neck. It's screwed in via plastic as seen in the pictures. You can adjust the distances of the two "golf balls." They should've incorporated this design into the trigger point massager cane instead of those hard stubby knobs. The accessory neck massager feels mostly plastic, or whatever material it's made of. Not sure how durable it is over time as stress is put on the material but if used with moderate force it shouldn't break. I don't see myself putting so much clamping force on my neck even with this being plastic, to the point of breakage. The stick is rather hard to take apart once attached but not so if you have two people to provide leverage while pushing down the locking mechanism with a proper too of some sort, just don't do it carelessly as I can see people causing self harm in the process.I'll be returning the blue one while keeping the black one from another seller, primarily due to the knob being pointy vs round. I prefer the round type. Would gladly buy American but these damn Chinese imitation products are so abundant and competitive with their design that they kick out multiple variations where some designs are actually better.Make another trigger point massager with rounded ends with the golf ball screw in design with some solid material instead of plastic that might break in the long run and I'll definitely be throwing my money for that new version!
