Outstanding scaffolding!!!
Awesome awesome scaffolding!!!! We were hesitant in buying this at first, just because of the money to put out. But it is worth it! Def. beautiful too, like an orange/gold color. It works great, and even potentially can go higher than our 20ft. ceilings. The only problem we ran into was with the delivery. This is our mountain home, and we are not always there. We would make trips just to be there for the delivery, as you have to sign for it which we normally like. After 2 trips when it was stated it would be delivered, once we got it everything was great. The delivery was a fedex issue anyway. They send you pictures of the boxes you are going to receive. This company is outstanding! My husband put it up, and didn't have any issues. We are glad we purchased it, didn't realize until we had it what we were missing!

Acceptable, but could be better.
Not sure why only two of the three decks have a hatch door -- apparently you are supposed to use a ladder to access the first level or climb on the outside of the scaffolding and swing around onto the deck. The locking casters are of low-quality in my opinion. Fortunately, they sent extras because the locking mechanism on one of them broke on the first use. Since they expect me to climb 18' in the air, I would have expected better. The assembly instructions were almost non-existent; but it only took a few minutes to figure it out for myself.

Easy to add or take off a level
Built really well. Wife and I put together to paint walls that were 25 feet high in the house. Easy to add or take off a level, and easy to roll around. A lot of quick connectors and spring-loaded connections keeps your time re-configuring the scaffolding to a minimum. When we're done painting I'll break it down to have either three rolling shelves in my workshop, or maybe one heavy duty rolling shelf with three shelves. Really great value!

Good price for what you receive and sturdy on a concrete surface, but read on.
Pros:Sturdy at all three levels when assembled properly and when loaded as they describe.Very easy to assemble, even with one person. The outriggers can be placed in many ways, AND THEY ROTATE (bonus!!!). You can locate them in any direction you desire. The platform doors are awesome. If you want to keep one open, I suggest a bungee or rope. However, I would recommend allowing them to close, as it is safer. For those wondering.... The platforms are not just plywood with a metal perimeter. The spans are reinforced with metal multiple angles. The platform heights adjust easily, even with one person.Cons:To get socket screw jacks you have to REALLY search the internet to find them. The socket is to allow you to put casters in them. Flat plate screw jacks were easier to find.I found the socket screw jacks... However, be aware you need to get 1-1/4" screw jacks, not 1-3/8". Also, the ones I found require a round stem on the casters, so I had to replace my casters with round stem casters. Still doable, and not a show stopper. It just takes time and patience to find what you need. The powder coated frame is noted by them to be "Heavy Duty Steel Powder Coated". As an architect and project manager that has installed many things with powder coating, they don't normally chip or scratch too easily. However, with heavy metal such as this one needs to be careful. I was very careful carrying, placing pieces on the concrete and assembling my unit. At worst, I lightly bumped a couple of pieces together. On the ladder frames which I climbed (with only crocks) I found the paint to be thin and it easily chipped. To me this is not a show stopper, however, it is a warning. The plywood platform is not adequately coated on all sides to allow you to keep them outdoors when it rains, or even around sprinklers that are active. I found one panel that was affected by my sprinklers to have de-laminated a little bit. While this is repairable, the sprinklers were only on for 15 minutes, and ONLY ONE TIME. I will be painting them with a durable sealer.

I'm a professional tradesman, and have used various scaffolds for years. These are the issues...no instructions for railing and outriggers. Hard to move, wheels will not roll using more than 1 stage (level). 1 handle for outrigger did not fit. Will sell after this project.

Awesome Scaffold!!
awesome scaffold. very easy to put together. it did wobble a bit while i was standing at the top but i think that was just my legs shaking because i'm scared of heights :) i have 20ft ceilings and i used it to help with the painting. very easy to climb going up and down and very easy to move around with the included wheels. the floors are adjustable to almost any height. my only complaint is the floors would probably need to be braced better for much heavier people. i'm 175lb and after my job was done, i noticed the floors had some bows in them. not massive ones though.

Worth every penny.
Very easy to assemble. Outriggers were confusing because of the lack of instructions, but I emailed the company and they sent me pictures. This scaffolding has paid for itself very quickly because I can do jobs myself and not have to call a contractor. I store it on the walls in my garage so it takes up very little space. Glad I made this purchase.

The platform is made out of cheep wood so I am having a hard time trusting it especially when I'm 3 stories up.
