so far so good
So far so good. It's not as thick as Scotch HD (advertised as 20x stronger than average tape) but I've been experimenting with taping hundreds of boxes under pressure with an overlapping 1/2 band around the box (sealing only the main enter seam from both ends).The scotch HD was doing the job, however after 2 days of using this cheaper tape, it seems to still hold up. Researching Bopp, this stuff seems quite ideal. I further learned shipping, packing, storage tapes are actually all different and worry a little how each tape is actually advertised (if even the sellers know the difference!). This states acrylic which I think is not as sticky as hot-glue melt or something (great for shipping), but it's definitely holding noticeably better than other tapes I've tried on Amazon for similar pricing.I personally will try a couple other brands on Amazon but do not have a problem yet to come back to this brand so I'm keeping it in my wish list just in case.

it's not bad tape at all
it's not bad tape at all... I've ordered it a few times now - as for the complaints about it 'not sticking' - I don't think it's terrible but a good tradeoff of thickness (extra length) to stickiness. You can't have both it would seem. If you apply it with decent pressure or not on overly porous materials it works well (another tactic is wrapping it fully around boxes back onto itself). I'll keep ordering it until i can find a better product at the same price point (seems unlikely)

Good tape all around
Good tape all around. All tape not created equal. Some of the cheap ones emit poisonous gas. Terrible. Find a good one and stay with it. These guys have good tape

Not recommended for moving boxes
It was just okay. If I didn't really press down on this tape, it started to lift off the box. Don't think I would go with this type of tape again for moving boxes. Here's hoping it holds together until my stuff comes out of storage to the new place!

It's not that bad if you know how to use it....
Tape will not break when you bunch it up and pull. It's a mover's nightmare.... Nevertheless, it's a lot of tape on that roll, I'm happy about that....

Can't get this tape elsewhere any cheaper!!
I use this tape to cover writing and stuff when I reuse boxes to mail stuff. Sometimes I have to double up, but that's fine by me. It just makes the boxes look so much cleaner.

For securing the boxes - nothing works better than reinforced paper tape

Packing tape
Everything was as advertised and very well packaged. Have not had a chance to actually use it much that is the only reason I could not give it 5 stars.
