Still Going Strong
I bought this a few years ago .. and am still on my first mop head --- that you throw in the washer to clean --- so easy. I told everyone I knew to get this mop (psst --- don't get the one with the pedal on the bucket -- the pedal breaks .. get THIS one instead). My sister .. who keeps her daughter's toddlers during the day REALLY loved it ... turns out the kiddos LOVE to help gramma mop the floor ... who knew? Needless to say my niece is VERY EXCITED that gramma taught her kids that mopping floors is fun. Go, gramma!

best mop i've ever used - still perfect after four and a half years
I bought my mop in July 2016 and it is still in perfect condition after heavy use I had a very big house in 2016 with no carpeting and dogs coming in and out of the doggy door. I am 64 years old so don't like to kill myself when i mop. you will never have to wring out this mop or bend over all the time. the mop will never be too wet or too dry. the mop heads are easy to wash in the washing machine with your towels. I air dry mine. I did bleach a couple mop heads once due to stains, and they were fine and sparkling white again. they work great on hardwood and tile floors. The spinning mop head gets into every nook and cranny. Of course, you still have to vacuum your floor first so the mop fibers don't get ruined by debris sticking to the fibers. the pole is extremely sturdy and well made out of light weight aluminum. I don't believe the other comments about the pole breaking. I have had swiffer poles break. It is plenty long and does not require an extension, but you can lock it in at a shorter or longer length, then unlock it to make it spin. If i was mopping something on the wall or overhead I might want to lock it on the longer length so it wouldn't contract, otherwise, you don't need to lock it. the bucket is made of very durable, thick plastic. this mop is better than the cheaper ones with the pedals which can break or leak. this kind of mop was invented by this manufacturer and ripped off by other companies like O'cedar (and we complain about china ripping us off). The last O'cedar sponge mop I bought was total crap. I liked this mop so much I bought several as gifts for my daughters, sister and niece. I am a real person who actually bought and used this mop for more than four years. I usually don't do reviews unless the product is really bad or excellent. This mop was well worth the investment it is an excellent product.

Love this mop but the handle only lasts about 3 years.
I purchased my first mop apx. 5 1/2 to 6 years ago. I loved it, but after 2 1/2 to 3 years of use the gears on the mop no longer functioned. I ordered another one in March of 2018 and this time the paperwork advised to leave the mop handle in the unlocked position while mopping the floors. Since I had always locked the handle while mopping previously, I thought not locking it would make it last longer. However, recently the mop sounds like the gears are stripping and sometimes doesn't always spin like it should. When I purchased the second mop it came with a lifetime warranty. So now wondering what to do. Both buckets and all the mop heads are in good shape but I need a new handle. What do you suggest? (I found this form saved on my computer. Thank-you. Lynda

Beware of 100% guarantee
The order stated "100% guarantee". The mop handle clearly broke and is clearly a manufacturer defect. When calling the company I was told to send a photo to [email protected] and it would be replaced. Upon doing so, I was then told they would not replace. This company has produced a new long and stronger handle so obviously they new this happens. Also there was an extended lifetime warranty for amazon customers which they claim will only honor 2016 and newer mops. A manufacturer defect is a manufacturer defect regardless of warranty time! Shame they can't even provide a replacement as the person on the phone stated. Wish I would have kept box....I know it stated lifetime warranty. Only reason I purchased this product other than the fact that it didn't have a pedal. I read this would break and leak. Although the bucket on this item the way designed (which is now changed) sprays a bit of water when spinning. Amazon site states: Working with Amazon to recover the missing 5,244 reviews, 4.7 star rating, lost due to system glitch). System glitch also lost the fact that it had a lifetime warranty! This is a comment from just 2019 June 22, 2019Verified PurchaseI love this mop. The bad... the handle could be sturdier.Question:Can I get a replacement for just the mop handle?Answer:Yes. Twist and Shout Mop replacement handle is available through the manufacturer just in case you need it. However, every Twist and Shout Mop comes with a 1 year warranty and the mop handle is certified to sustain over 60,000 pushes. If it is ever damaged with proper usage, you will receive a replacement handle for free.Twist and Shout Mop™ - Absolus… Seller · June 20, 2013See all 2 answersThey have not done this!!!!!!!

No Twisting or Shouting but got the job done.
I must admit that it required a 'do-over' before I realized that you must regard the instructions quite precisely in order to reap the potential reward. My floors are a mix of glossy marble and textured porcelain and therefore pose a challenge regardless of the use of magic or otherwise. Once I figured out the appropriate method, I achieved great (not spectacular, mind you) results but definitely agreeable, better than usual, less taxing and in less time. No. I did not resort to doing the Twist or even the Bosa Nova, nor did I sing or shout (and I was on American Bandstand once upon a great, great while ago in the 50s so I'm no stranger to that). I ought to point out that there is a label on the inside wall of the bucket designating the 'fill level.' If you go beyond that point, you will splash the walls while rinsing the mop. When filled to that level, the bucket is quite easy to carry around ... it's quite sturdy, you know. I also happen to agree that the extension would have been just the thing to save my back. I can't imagine why this is considered an optional accessory ... like bolts for a car tire(?). In any case, I shall be most definitely ordering it up prior to my next excursion into the realm of cleanliness (say, 6 or 8 months from now?),

Bad. Don't buy.
Stupid thing keeps dismantling and its so delicate that it doesn't clean well. The mop can't bear the weight of the bottle and the handle.

Superb Product
This is very convenient and useful mop I have ever purchased so far. The plastic quality is good and it has a water storage container and a spray in handle makes home cleaning work more easier and better. Price is reasonable worth buying it.
