Peaches & Cream Hot Breakfast

This is my second time purchasing a product from this company and I have to say...they did not disappoint. It will look a little gooey but I believe that's 100% from the psyllium husk as I put it in certain meals and my food has a gooey consistency to it. But other than that its great. The taste is good and it smells amazing. I for sure will be purchasing their maple flavor as well as their brownies.

I was excited when I discovered a keto hot cereal. I haven't eaten a hot cereal for over three years since choosing to eat low carb. Another reason I ordered it was it is BANANA flavored- a favorite. I couldn't wait to try it. It was easy and quick to fix, and a serving is huge; when I tasted it, it was horrible. I tried "fixing" it with butter, sweetener and banana extract. I could not improve it enough to eat it.

This is not bad! Not like an oatmeal, but like cream of wheat. I used about 3/4 cup water and didn't boil it long. I took it off the heat right after it came to a boil. Used 1-1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil. Stirred it constantly. I like (not love) the taste. Added large pinch cinnamon and about a tablespoon of Swerve brown sugar. I think it will be filling (I'm eating it right now.) Nice and warm in the belly for morning after 2 feet of snow. Have been disappointed by keto foods in the past too, but this is a bit better for me. Also, I am not keto, but always trying to cut carbs, (never ending battle). 63 yo female. I'd leave a pic but my phone is on the fritz. Yes, I will buy the brand again, and this flavor too.

The whole concept of low carb hot breakfast is great. Ingredients? Great. Texture? Yikes! If you are a texture person AT ALL it’s probably not for you. Texture is spongy, bouncy, jelly. Taste? VERY strong apple flavor. Tastes best with some swerve brown sugar. Will eat it all but won’t re order.

I grew up on hot cereal mainly Cream of Wheat....living on a low carb life, I missed my cereal. I thought when I saw this product I would order and see what it taste like....not expecting much for Keto Products. I have to say, it's one I almost can't tell the difference between Cream of Wheat and this one with peaches no less. The peach flavor is so yummy....it's creamy if made just like it says. I put water and mix the 3 TBLSP of mix and stick it in the Microwave, can't get any easier than that. If you like add a packet of Stevia, or any other no calorie sweetener. I don't add the butter to the cereal, I do Keto Toast, butter it and dip...talk about a meal that makes your stomach know it's actually had a meal in it. I now drink my protein breakfast drink, and this Peaches n Cream cereal is my lunch....perfect. Even in the summer months. But I can't wait for Winter now that I have found it.

I don't know what to say - I guess I'm just neither that hungry or desperate enough to eat this and enjoy it.As a positive, I didn't find anything wrong with the texture. I intentionally made mine a little soupy - think Mexican Atole - and I think this is probably the best way to enjoy it. It's much easier to get past the flavor when it pretty much drinkable.Also, it is quite filling. Or maybe I'm just turned off of food in general now, I don't know.As for the cons - and they're big ones - the taste of this stuff is terrible. The smell is even worse. It barely resembles peach at all. What you taste is the artificial sweetener. It's cloyingly sweet and forget about the aftertaste (which there is), I struggled with the beforetaste. Beforetaste - that taste you get in your mouth before you take a bite of something that you instinctively know is gonna be awful.Frankly, I don't even know of what I could do to modify this to make it more enjoyable. Again, thanks to that overwhelming sweetness, there is little to add that wouldn't make it even more sickeningly sweet.And for disclosure - I'm not into Keto. But I do try to watch my carb intake and I don't eat much in the way of breakfast cereals, so I had some big hopes going into this. Maybe this would have tasted better to me if I'd been completely carb-starved for months. Probably not.

I ordered this because I was craving some warm grits. This stuff was just what I wanted!A little bland but, that's pretty normal for hot cereal.There are a lot of servings in the package and 3 tablespoons will cook up into a big full bowl.I tried making it with butter and coconut oil. For best results, I reccomend using coconut oil.

I have made many different purchases of "keto" products; some are awesome, some are fair, some are bleh; then there is whatever THIS stuff is!! I physically gagged on the first spoonful!! It was thin, grainy, flavorless......I believe this ranks in my top 5 worst keto products that I have utilized in the past 14 months since i started a keto lifestyle. I purchased this one alongside this company's maple brown sugar; didn't like the maple AT ALL, but, decided to TRY this different flavor to give the benefit of the doubt.... Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. I have already done the research for you!!!
