Can this help remove a super dark neck ?

It depends on the cause of the darkening of the skin in that area, and how long it’s been that way. Turmeric is known for evening out skin tone and fading scars from the skin’s surface so the best way to find out is to give it a try. There is also kojic acid soap that helps with lightening the skin, there are bleach creams containing Hydroquinone, and a Chinese ginseng and rice vinegar skin polish by the Body Shop that might help. Also try gently exfoliating the area with a slightly abrasive loofah or sponge. Sometimes dark areas can fade with scrubbing away the dead skin cells that we all accumulate every day.
