Poor quality instructions- product seems ok
Bought this for Christmas for my husband. It lacked clear instructions, no trouble shooting guide, no FAQ’s. You are pretty much on your own to figure it out. He dove with it yesterday - videos and pictures came out nice, would have been better if he had remembered to use the filters. This morning he is noticing a crack near the buttons in the housing with water coming out when the buttons are depressed. It has not been dropped so appears to be a manufacturing or shipping issue. Functionality is great once you figure it out. He has had it to 100ft with no water intrusion in the compartment that houses the phone. It remains to be seen if the cracks and water coming out from around the buttons is normal or will affect function. I would have given it higher ratings if the instructions were better. It also comes in a box with no manufacturers information- Meikon is not on the box, camera housing or instructions. Not sure if it truly a Meikon product or a knockoff. Will update this if we learn more.

Very happy with this dive housing
The media could not be loaded. Super happy with this dive case with my iPhone X. No issues down to 27m/90ft. The only complaint is that I wish I could switch between photo and video. There is a button for it but it doesn’t work. Still 5* because the resulting photos and video is exceptional.
