Best addition EVER
Had the dual faucet installed. Instant hot water and filtered tap water. This is a last minute addition to my new kitchen. Got rid of the electric tea kettle and Brita pitcher. Love the convenience. Keep the hot water at minimum until I need it. Takes no more than a minute to bring it up to temperature. Use the water for poaching eggs, making tea, blanching vegetables, and anything else my little heart desires.

Bad levers, poorly built. Don't get this model with this faucet.
The product works. The faucet is poorly built. The levers get loose and can't be fixed, could have an issue with faucet valve... No option from company to replace parts, you would have to buy a new faucet for as much as the full unit. Very frustrating. There is no technical support, you have to buy it full price.

Super rad.
Instant Aeropress (Look it up. It will change your world.) temperature water for coffee on one side, drinking water on the other. It looks as good as any R.O. faucet (better than most really), it looks way better than the old school twisty knob type hot water faucet, and it works great. Install was super simple too.

Lever issue
We wish you didn't need to hold the lever constantly to fill a container.

Works Great
The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes the hot water lever doesn't close completely on it's own and dribbles a little bit. Just have to make sure it closes, not a big deal.

Hot water, filtered, use install, happy mama!
Easy to install, my husband and 17 yo son got in done in an evening. Water takes great, we got the filter. And made myself a cup of tea, water registered at just below 130!

Stopped working within 10 months. Leaky, and non-compatible with any other faucet.
I purchased and installed this item. It worked as expected for about 10 months, then it stopped heating and would only product warm water.Troubleshooting was unsuccessful. Overly expensive fault product that will turn into a headache to replace.Do yourself a favor and just get a heater that does not require you to use their faucet.

Excellent dispenser.
Replaced a previous InSinkErator dispense when it died after 5 years. The tank seems to be much improved from older models and temp adjustments are much easier. The handles and faucet are sturdy and of much higher quality than the previous model. My wife absolutely loves this dispenser. And so do the stores where she purchases tea to brew. Would highly recommend.
