Yes, the plastic is hard but is bendable. Nevertheless the plastic is pretty sturdy and will not bend so easily, keeping the paper inside undamaged.

No, they aren’t perforated. But there’s no need. Just open the binder and take the sheet out. It’s that simple and that’s the point. Use a cut by ruler if you need the binder holes off. Easy. Just cut all pages at once and totally even.
