Simple, Reliable, and Budget-Friendly
Simple, Reliable, and Budget-Friendly The Lenovo Essential USB Mouse is about as straightforward as it gets, and that’s exactly what makes it such a good buy. Plug it in, and it just works—no drivers, no setup, no fuss. At 1600 DPI, the optical sensor is more precise than many other low-cost mice, and the ambidextrous shape makes it comfortable whether you’re left- or right-handed. I’ve used it on multiple machines (including through a KVM switch) and it never glitches. The cord is long enough for a standard desk setup, and it’s light without feeling flimsy. Sure, it doesn’t have extra buttons or flashy RGB lighting, but for everyday computing—web browsing, spreadsheets, general office work—it performs without complaint. If I had to nitpick, the mouse is very lightweight, and those who prefer a heftier feel might find it too insubstantial. The scroll wheel is functional but doesn’t have the smoothness of pricier models. But at under $10, those are easy trade-offs. Bottom line: A no-frills, dependable wired mouse that’s perfect as a daily driver or a backup. For this price, it’s hard to beat.

A nice basic mouse, works great with KVM switch
This is a nice basic mouse. Other mice with fancy lights and stuff don't always play well with KVM switches, but this mouse is super simple and works perfectly with a KVM switch. It has a scroll wheel, left and right mouse buttons, and middle-click on the scroll wheel. It is light, has no batteries, but does have a long enough cord to reach a reasonably placed computer. It comes in a super 1337 color scheme to match your IBM T43.

Check your size before you order.
I'm buying Lenovo mice for last years. having big hands I could never get used to the non corded mice from other companies. If you are like me be aware that there is even bigger version of this product which fits much better.

Buy a generic mouse instead, and don't spend the extra money on this one.
The Touchpad on my workhorse Lenovo laptop stopped working, so I bought this. The mouse is compatible with Lenovo laptops and with Windows 10. However, it is lightweight and has a cheap and chintzy feel to it, and is not worth the extra money -- I would recommend a generic mouse (save your money).

It’s a decent mouse, especially if you prefer a wired setup. Works great for an office environment and pairs well with a ThinkPad. My only complaint is that the click feels a bit too light—I personally prefer a deeper, heavier, more satisfying click. Because of that, I’m giving it 4/5. Otherwise, it’s a solid, no-frills mouse that gets the job done!

マット感のある手触りと少し硬めのクリック感が癖になります すぐにつるつるになりそうではありますが、それでも手に馴染むよいマウスでした
