My dog has IVDD, he is using his new wheels to get around!! It's a great product!! Easy to assemble, has all the tools necessary to put it together and even has extra parts in case you need anything in the future. If one does have issues with assembling the wheelchair, there is a video that you can access that will walk you through it.I highly recommend the SYLPHID Adjustable Dog Wheelchair. The price was right too!!

First up let me state that by the time the package arrived my dog was stumbling around. On the advice of the vet we were told not to use the wheel chair.When I opened the box and started to assemble the chair I was very impressed with the quality of the product. I'm an engineer and the parts seemed to be fabricated from aircraft quality aluminum tubing. The fits were excellent. I have a Cocker Spaniel and I think that he would have been able to use the chair. My dog is definitely on the maximum capacity of this chair. A bigger dog wouldn't fit. Not having placed my dog in the chair, I don't know how it works. But I think that if you need this product. You will be happy with your purchase.

We have an older dog with arthritis and his hind legs were giving him trouble so we decided to try him out in a doggie wheelchair. I searched around and found this to be the best and affordable option. It was easy to put together and at first the dog enjoyed it, but we purchased it for the wrong reasons. We wanted a way for our dog to be able to go out while we were at work and did not think through the fact that he couldn't fit through a pet door plus our dog wouldn't be able to sit or lie down. The product is a great product and very sturdy. It's perfect if you are going to be with your dog 100% of the time it is on. It was our fault for not thinking of the other issues we were going to encounter for our needs. I still highly recommend this product.

I would not suggest this product for any dog under 12 pounds. My terrier is 9lbs almost 10 and this was still too heavy and bulky for him. The wheelchair was well made and easy to use...might actually be too well made causing it to be heavy.

Our 8-9 pound Pekingese is a old lady now (13 years old) and has muscle atrophy in her back legs. She can not stand and had a hard time keeping her position to do #2. We got her this very affordable doggy walker which has helped her with that. We have her on it 2 hours a day through out the day. She initially was able to go in circles only but if she is on fractional ground, gravel etc.., she can actually move around and travel straight. We see it as her physical therapy time. So thankful for this great and affordable product to help our old lady!

I will be posting a video soon, but my father's poodle has been scooting and dragging his paralyzed legs for over 6 years now. Got him these wheels as a Christmas gift and the dog immediately started running with our other family dogs when we went for a walk. It fits very well since so many lengths can be adjusted and the family is so glad to have these for him. The set screws are a great touch which tighten up the assembly so that none of the parts wobble making the entire wheelchair solid and easier to move in. Thank you! For prospective buyers, you will not be disappointed with these wheels, just do it!

I gave up. This chair was awful for my miniature dachshund. All it did was put a ton of pressure and weight on his back and shoulders causing him to smash his face into the ground. Not to mention it took over an hour trying to get him in the damn thing because it doesn’t come with instructions on how to secure your dog in the chair. Only instructions are how to put it together. And the video the offer as assistance is garbage as well. It doesn’t show you how to put your pet in the chair. Just walks you through step by step of putting it together. Don’t waste your time or money on this crap. And def don’t put your dog through the torture of trying to figure it out.

The media could not be loaded. This saved my dog and made him so happy! My little buddy was recently diagnosed with IVDD. He is getting laser therapy for his back and on medicine. He gets around great with this wheelchair and can play ball! This is a great value for the money and so much cheaper than other wheelchairs I looked at. I cried when he started using this! He seemed so happy. Thank you for a great product!
