This cell phone holder works great. The clip snaps on to an alignment stick and then to the bag so it can be sturdy and still. I have an iPhone 14 and it fits great, and the phone holder has an expanding clip so I could see other phones wouldn't have any issues as well. The clips are small enough to fit in the little bag that they provide and can easily be stored in the golf bag when not using. Perfect for recording your swing.

I used this product to video my golf swing. this device holds my cellphone at any height to video my swing from any angle. It serves as a video monopod or can be attached to an aim stick,which can be stuck in the ground, a golf club shaft or golf bag with the enclosed adapter. Once you have your swing recorded, it can be emailed to a golf pro to be analyzed. videos taken with the this adapter using the V1 golf program can be viewed in slow motion, can check the length of back swing, downswing, can determine if you are swaying, off balance, standing up during your swing, aiming incorrectly etc. This device would also be good for making videos of baseball, tennis and other sports. I really like this device. It fit on my alignment stick great, my Samsung droid phone fit great and it attached to my bag while on a push cart perfectly. I wasn't expecting much from this device but it exceeded my expectations. I recorded at least 10 different videos and all were great and easy to use, plus you can use your phone to look at your swing in real time which is nice for looking at plane. It opens to fit a variety of sized phones and alignment sticks. There are a couple of bag attachments included to facilitate different sizes of alignment sticks. The only cons would be the device that attaches to your bag is separate and I see myself losing that device, so I just used a driveway marker as an alignment stick with a pointed end and stick it in the ground to hold the phone without that attachment. They do provide a nice bag to put everything in with a cinch top. The other con would be you can only record with phone in portrait orientation and I play this back on my large flat screen TV and rather it be in landscape/wide screen, plus many swing apps would rather it be in landscape. But that's no big deal to me as I normally just use the phone.

I use this every time I go to the range. I use it with a spare alignment stick but I assume the driver clip works just as well. The only drawback is if a friend decides to move your bag while it's setup. . . Not a fault of the product but obviously your phone and alignment stick will go flying somewhere lol. Key pros: Sturdy, easy to setup, range session essential Con: make sure you keep track of the small parts - if you lose the alignment stick and driver shaft adapters, it's useless.

Works well on the bag. You can also use it solely on an alignment stick with a sharp point straight into the ground. But it takes a bit of time to set up. Fine for the range, but not on the course unless you have some time. Clamp gets in the way of buttons on the phone screen, so that’s a minus. I only recommend this product for the range.

This product is phenomenal and the customer service is even better. I ordered a SelfieGolf device for the purpose of reviewing and critiquing my swing out at the range. When I received the package, the small piece that holds an alignment stick and is attached to the bag clip had unfortunately broken before I was able to use it. I reached out to SelfieGolf explaining what had happened and asked if they could send me a replacement part and instead, they sent me a brand new device the next day. This device works perfectly and fits easily in my bag! It does what I need it to and is very easy and quick to set up while I'm practicing. My only suggestion is once the product gains a little bit more popularity is to exchange the current bag that it comes in to a hard case, almost like one you would store sunglasses or a range finder in. This would prevent parts from falling out and getting lost in your golf bag and also serve as an additional line of protection in your bag, so your device doesn't break while traveling. Thanks very much to the Selfie Golf staff! I highly recommend buying one if you're trying to better your game.

Very sturdy and clips well to the bag / alignment rods. Holds phone nicely and makes it much easier to record swings. Price (~$30) does feel a bit steep for what it is, but it comes with a few different sizes of clips and a carry bag. Doesn't seem like cheap plastic either that will break easily... would rather pay the extra $ for higher quality. Only downside is you cannot orient landscape, though it never advertised that you could. Some of the golf swing apps orient to a landscape view, so I had to find one that did portrait instead. Frankly I prefer portrait so not a big deal, but wanted to point out if others were wondering.

I've been waiting for someone to invent a simple clip on phone holder and this does exactly what you need it to do. Whereas with most tripod mounts you can't see the camera view from behind the mount, this allows a reasonable rear view of your screen, making it easy to position the camera and hit record. Also, with the tripod mounts I've used, you have to tighten and untighten a screw to attach the phone, where as this is a simple spring loaded clip so it's easy to take the phone on and off the mount. I was worried the weight of the phone might cause the camera to turn easily on an alignment stick but it grips tightly and I had no issues at all. I use the Swing Profile app which you just set to record and it automatically captures each swing you make. I use the bag clip that comes with this mount to attach an alignment stick to the top of my golf bag, then make sure the alignment stick is upright and secure on the ground. Simply clip on the mount, point the phone and away you go. Very very easy, and no need to carry a tripod to the range. Brilliant product.
