We could not remove the globe at first so placed the statue outside and hoped for the best. When nothing had happened after 48 hours, we took it indoors and laid it flat on some soft towels. A firm twist and a tug to the left and the globe came free. There is a little switch inside which we turned on. My only complaint would be that there is not a lot of tension in the switch so we were still unsure whether it was on or off. 24 hours later we had our answer when the globe lit up. The colour changes in the globe are really, really lovely but if you prefer you can switch onto white only. We were mesmerised. My friend had to get up in the night to let her dog out and told me later that the globe was still lit at 4am. There is also a point in the day when the sun is shining directly on the globe and it looks really magical. The hare was purchased in April for a home in the north of England so not a lot of sun is needed to fully charge. All in all this magical little hare has proven to be a lovely gift. As with all things there is room for improvement. He could do with being a little sturdier and his switch could be better but I cannot complain at the price paid. Excellent value for money. Nice Feature
Good solar light, value for money but be sure to fill the inside with some gravel to keep it steady also when you are moving the light be safe and make sure to hold the light with one hand the hare with the other, than put the glass globe when the hare is on the ground, as the glass might come off, and get broken. Very hard to unscrew at first but it does not seem to fit too well after it is once loosen up. But lovely at night glows lovely and changes colour all night

Globe not secure. Does not screw in.
I was gifted a bunny and bought one myself. Both globes do not seem to be fitting properly. Unable to screw in, so one fell over and broke. Looks nice but not very secure. Can you buy replacement globes to fit? Have put a plastic half bottle in for now just to have a light.

Lovely quality
Was looking for a birthday gift for a friend but couldn't find anything I thought she would like. I had this in my basket for myself as I thought he was lovely. So I got her it instead, she was over the moon with it, it looks lovely in her garden and likes how you can have it changing colours or just a white light. Was lovely quality. Now I have to get one for myself

Nice to look at, but I worry about sturdiness
A bit top heavy and some of the resin you could see through when you take off the globe.

J'ai commandé ce lièvre (en 2023) car il m'a tout de suite plu pour l'authenticité qu'il représente, on dirait un vrai, de taille importante tout de même et fonctionnant à chaque tombée de la nuit. Ne regrette pas mon achat et le recommande vivement..... Je reprends mon commentaire en mai 2025 car celui-ci ne s'allume plus et pas moyen de retirer le bloc où se situent les fils. Le bloc en verre se retire facilement en tournant vers la gauche pour l'enclencher, puis sur la droite pour le fixer. J'aurais bien voulu changer les piles (s'il y a) mais impossible de le démonter, dommage. Là ne fait plus qu'un objet décoratif dans le jardin. Si quelqu'un a une idée pour le réparer ?
