affordable and convenient
I usually buy mushroom supplements from Paul Stamets' line. I noticed that the Host Defense products are the most gentle on sensitive stomachs. If you don't have a sensitive tummy, the Double Wood brand is a better value. Both companies have a strong commitment to their customers' health and don't take any shortcuts. They are conscientious in what they put to market. Double Wood goes one further and makes things more affordable. I have been taking their enzymes, luteolin, and apigenin. Excellent products. I will likely buy these Turkey Tail supplements from Double Wood again.

Noticeable difference in cognitive function
These supplements help me alot with my focus and my mood. If I miss this for a day or 2, I feel noticeably scattered and flusteredCombined with my other supplements, they make a huge difference in my day.Side note-- I struggle with ADD symptoms, and this is a natural way that I help myself stay on task.

Dosage
Felt less fatigued and better focus after taking it.Recommended dosage is 2 tablets = 1000mg and perhaps another dose in the evening.The bottle is only a months supply or less, not the 2 month supply that Amazon indicates unless you only take 500mg per day.

Excellent quality
Can't speak to the efficacy of reishi mushroom (I've only been taking it a few days), but as for this specific brand and seller - the supplement arrived quickly and in pristine condition, everything sealed as it should be. The capsules are clearly good quality.

Love these down! Improved everything since I’ve started taking them about 5 days ago. Energy up. Focus up. All in all, great value, I feel good, they taste like any capsules. Nutrient level is awesome , get them!

New additives
I have been buying this turkey tail for years. With my last shipment I found out they added ingredients to it (vegetable stearate and silica). Frustrating to see new agents added to pills that have debatable health impacts. Will have to find a new brand of turkey tail to go with from now on and a company that takes away additives over time instead of adding more.
