These help with discomfort. I carry extra in my purse for just incase case.

Have herniated lumber disc,and theses patches are life changing ,at least for me ,they stick well,last for days. Good for headache.

Worth trying. Put on sore muscles, around knee and ankles to recover from marathon training. Seems to work fairly good. Easy to put on and take off. Stays in well.

My friend gives me same other brand. Was so good. But I saw this one with more good reviews. But The patches do not stick at all! and come off easily! Waste money!

I have had chronic joint pain for years. I need 2 shoulder replacements and a knee replacement. I just had a hip replacement. I've had all sorts of treatment for the pain including spinal epidurals .
