Effective and reasonably priced
Truly fantastic probiotic! I’ve tried many over the years, and this is one of the best. My gut is happy! The only one that’s maybe a little better in terms of gut health is Inner Eco (from Whole Foods)… but it has many down side. It’s more expensive, harder to find, has to be refrigerated, and tastes awful. Thin 30 works almost as well, is less expressive, is much, much easier to store, completely portable, and has no icky kombucha funk taste. Given all of that, I have converted from Inner Eco to Thin 30. I think most people using a pre/probiotic for “normal” use cases (ie - to promote regularity, reduce bloating, improve digestion, increase nutrient absorption, etc.) will be plenty happy with this product. 10/10

So far, so good!
I can't tell you if this is going to work, but I am three days in and so far, I haven't experienced any side effects. The tablets are a nice size, with no strange taste or smell. They seem to be an average cost, compared to a lot of the Biotic tablets.

I have seen improvement, not sure because of the change on my diet or the fact that I have using this product.

Not what I expected
Been using this product 2 months .I’m a teacher and I ride my horse often. I’m quite active. I take one after dinner. Really don’t notice anything new. No weight loss that I see other than 1-2 lbs up and down which is my normal . Gave it a shot but not what I hoped.

Causes odd cramping - not like their other products - Updated Review
I have used this company’s other probiotic products with great success, but this one causes odd stomach cramping that literally woke up at at night. At first I thought it was a fluke but I only get the cramping when I take this supplement. Sadly, going in the trash.EDIT: Updating to note that the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a full refund which is obviously not Amazon’s policy due to it being a non-returnable item. I really appreciated their quick acknowledgement and response. I have used their other probiotics and they have been terrific, and will continue to use those instead.

Tengo 44 años, he probado varios probióticos pero este es el único que me ayudado a controlar la inflamación y controlar mi peso, inclusive en este momento que no estoy haciendo ejercicio. Me puede faltar todo menos este producto! No me pagan por esta reseña ya tengo meses usándolo y lo amo!

Si funciona
El producto en una semana que llevo tomando, es bueno se siente saciedad al momento de ingerir alimentos en poca cantidad, el estómago se encuentra saciado en el trascurso del día.

This really works
I took this last year and along with lots of other changes I lost 80 pounds. Due to the price I stopped taking it and my weight loss stopped and my weight began to go up a little. I started using this again and with no other changes, my weight loss is continuing.
