Best supplement! Tastes like orange juice.I put a few drops on a gummy vitamin for my child. It last several months this wayIt does not have methylated folate so you have to buy separate.I will keep buying.

No hangovers
I have thought I was allergic to alcohol almost my whole life. Headaches, nausea and overall awful feeling even with one drink. I started taking this and I don’t understand why, but I can have a drink of wine at night now without being sick. I must have been super deficient or something. Anyway, $30 is worth knowing it works. I’ve never had such a huge response before from a vitamin.Tastes so bad, but I don’t care.

Taste is way better than most.
This is the best tasting liquid B I have ever found. It barely has any taste and what I like is that they left out folic acid since I have to take a separate folic acid in the methylated form. This way I am not getting more than I need and do not over-methylate. For those who have had genetic testing to see if you are deficient in the gene that uses folic acid, you know you have to take the methylated form and the right amount so for me, it is perfect!
