Td Jakes It Will All Review: A Word Fitly Spoken - It's amazing how God has gifted Bishop Jakes with the ability to take the ancient Word of God and contextualize it. Some don't see the relevance of the Word of God for present-day living; so they abandon it. However, in the hands of a skilled teacher, one's eyes can be opened to just how appropriate the Word is for daily living. This DVD is powerful in aiding one's understanding when going through hard places in life. I love it. Review: The most powerful message ever. - Inmate population was able to engage and embrace the word of God.

Good for multiple viewings
Really enjoyed this. I have a fairly big collection of TDJakes DVDs and was thrilled to find that Amazon carried some titles I did not yet have. I appreciate messages that are so rich, you want to hear them again because you want to internalize the content. I also appreciate a message that resonates in me to where I would be prone to watch it even when I was feeling down or vulnerable because there is nothing in it that I feel I need to weed out or disregard. This was definitely one that I could listen to repeatedly at any time. Well worth getting.

Not what I thought
Not sure if I read description right but it is just a CD of someone reading TD Jakes book and they don't even do a good job of that. Definitely don't get the same emphasis. Just know what you are getting.

Now this is Awesome
Same scripture, different interpretation. Powerful, Anointed, Knowledgable, and spiritual food that just enlarge ones hunger for the word of God. I love this one for it speaks to me where I am at in this point in my spiritual journey with God. I am excited.

T.D. Jakes is the founder and senior pastor of The Potter's House nondenominational Christian congregation based in Dallas, Texas. I am not a member of The Potter's House congregation, and consider this to be a relevant factor in producing an unbiased review of his DVD: "It Will All Come Out In The Fire." I had heard of T.D. Jakes before and have, in the past, listened to some of his material on radio and watched a video cassette of his that was loaned to me (yes, before the DVD era), and on those occasions, found the material informative and very encouraging. But that was that, and my interest ended there. What prompted my renewed and recent interest in seeking out T.D. Jakes' DVD: "It Will All Come Out In The Fire," was the work: "Inspired By...The Bible Experience," which was a collaborated dramatisation of the Old and New Testament on CD-ROMs performed by T.D. Jakes and some four-hundred other top-name personalities. I think that work is an exceptional offering - a triumph for all who took part in making it; and for those of us who have had the opportunity to listen to it, it is an experience we will not forget, and neither would we want to. In my opinion, it is a rare privilege to own the box-sets of that work - well worth buying, but this review is not about that item. Rather, at the time of purchasing, this DVD: "It Will All Come Out In The Fire," was still one of T.D. Jakes' most recent on offer on Amazon.com, and so I felt that this was a good place to start to renew my acquaintance with his work. The theme of this DVD is scripturally based on Acts 28:1-6, and the message it contains is delivered in four main points. Briefly, T.D. Jakes shows that while we cannot always avoid the 'pains and chaos' that impact our lives, it is oftentimes necessary to go through such difficulties in order to see God's loving-kindness and provisions toward each and everyone of us, and provides encouraging lessons that help us cope that much better with our problems - however testing though they may be. I enjoyed watching and listening to this DVD and I think you will too. Kindest regards, Timothy T.D. Jakes: It Will All Come out in the Fire [DVD] [2007] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC ]
