Pro-Gel Food Colouring - Navy

Great color & size for the price. Doesn't have any weird taste or feeling in your mouth after. Caution though...You only need a smidgen!!! It is VERY navy blue. You can always go a little darker if needed, but would be difficult to lighten. I wanted a brighter blue, more like royal blue than navy but it worked & was a tasty swap. I like the thickness & it coming in the tube instead of a tall, skinny bottle. It's easier to control usage & I don't knock it over every time I open the cabinet!!

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted it super dark blue! The coloring alone was great but I didn’t want to use a lot as that typically does the staining issue. so I use the microwave method to deepen the color. Would buy again

This is by far the most potent food coloring I've ever used. I wish they would sell it in the US!!! I used the smallest amount and got the most beautiful navy blue. It's truly axing and well worth the cost. Flavorless. Does not stain teeth for any length of time or anymore than any other food coloring.

Dont be turned off by the price! TOTALLY WORTH IT!! A true navy color and takes little dye to achieve! I didnt notice a flavor change in my royal icing when using this product!! Yay!! I hope to purchase the maroon when it is back in stock!

Wow...great color without compromising the texture or taste of the frosting. A little goes a long way.

I would have never been able to achieve this deep navy color with any other brand! I will definitely be using this line of colors in the future to get these deep colors.

The colour from this brand is insane!

Ich habe alle Lebensmittelfarben in Blau durch, denen ich Habhaft werden konnte, in allen Formen, aber keine färbte den Teig wie gewünscht blau. Aber diese Farbe hielt was sie versprach. Ich habe auf ca. 2kg Teig (mit 5 Eiern und 500g Butter) grade mal 1 TL dazu gegeben und das war fast zu viel. Bei anderen Farben hatte ich mehr als das Doppelte der empfohlene Menge zugegeben und hatte nicht mal ansatzweise so ein ein perfektes Blau. Selbst beim Backen änderte sich die Farbe, wenn ich die Plätzchen zu lange drinnen gelassen hatte, fast nicht und wurde nur minimal heller. Auch ging die Farbe gut von den Fingern. Bei anderen wäre ich jetzt noch ein Schlumpf.

Parfait ! Je cherchais un bleu en harmonie avec les couleurs françaises, et celui ci est parfait. Une toute petite quantité pour réaliser ce gâteau, un tube qui facilite le dosage (très propre) et un rapport qualité/prix très intéressant, je recommande.Facebook : Mes idées de déco.
