Highly recommend
After trying multiple prenatals with my second pregnancy I finally found these and they were just what I needed. My weak nails are so strong now they never crack or break off and my hair finally looks good again. They gave me more energy within just a few days of taking them. Also didn't burp after taking them or notice a bad taste.

Excellent Product
Other prenatal pills cause my daughter to burp and leave her urine smelling bad. These are a great brand and as reliable as other Ancient Nutrition products. My daughter likes that she can take these and not smell.

One of the top prenatals
I’ve been using these for my fourth pregnancy and in my experience, they are the only ones that didn’t make me feel worse. I typically take mine at night because it’s just become part of my routine but it’s had no impact on sleep. I do think there is a distinct smell- I’d describe it as “earthy” which may be an issue for some mama’s with smell sensitivities. The size was easy to swallow, no real taste, consistent color and I’ve noticed my overall energy is better when I take them vs when I forget. I’ve noticed improvements in my hair, nails and skin. Overall, I’d recommend this vitamin for someone looking for a clean prenatal

Headaches
I had headaches every day for 2 weeks while taking these before I realized it might be the product that was causing them. As soon as I stopped taking them, the headaches went away. I tried one again, and got another headache a few hours later.I’m thinking it has way too much vitamin A in it.Missed my return window and I’m stuck with them now. Just be mindful.

Amazing vitamins!
This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!
