Fold Over Elastic is a trim used in many sewing projects not limited to baby headbands, lingerie, hair ties, and cloth diapers. It is 5/8" wide (unfolded) and it is shiny on the top side and matte underneath. It is made from 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex. It is washing machine safe, and great for dyeing!
