Can I purchase the small clear tube connector that connects the tip to the tubing?

how do you keep the tubing on the spigot and from loosening and leaking all over?

Make sure you are pushing the tubing all the way on. It should be a snug fit so there is no leaking. Once the tube is on the bucket spigot, you don't need to remove it.
