Truly a great book that examines the important ordinances of the church. It is also a 'how to" guide in ministerial responsibilities in the church for the Pastor in detailed chapters.

Outdated, repetitive, and way too long for the information contained in it.For example, on page 107 the author states that "[t]o be fast enough for usefulness, a computer-storage needs a hard disk ..."Most of the information is from the 1980's. While classics are "forever". This book is not a classic.

Great book on Leadership a must read

This is a great resource for anyone considering pastoral or parish ministry. The number of experts in ministry that have contributed to the book is outstanding.

Great book for any one in spiritual leadership positions

Practical book, but the format reading and distribution is not the best. Several good examples are given for services snd rituals.
