I have several things made by this company. Can't say that they look like snap-on made them but they work fine, price is good and the warranty is good. Would I buy these if repairing cars for a living?No but only because people expect to see expensive tools in a shop, gives them confidence in you.But the tools are good enough to do the job well.

Nice socket. Well constructed

I like the holder that is 1/4 turn to remove or lock a socket back on the holder, easy to do with greasy hands. The sockets themselves are well made and the main reason I purchased this set is because it has the sizes normally skipped in sets, I needed a 23mm and most sets don't have that size included. The sockets are also shallow and fit in spaces I needed them to.I don't have anything negative to say, Good purchase.

Like the other Tekton tools I've bought, these are excellent quality. Heavy chrome, well-machined, easy-read markings, just generally excellent tools for the money. I would rate these as a "prosumer" product, better than my 25-year-old USA-made Craftsman.Now. On to David M and his trashing (literally and figuratively) of the included storage rail. He complains about the extreme difficulty of prying the sockets off the rail with a big screwdriver. That, my friend, is because these are "twist-to-lock" rails, as mentioned more than once in the Amazon listing. You don't pull (or pry) the sockets off. Just turn the socket 1/4 turn counterclockwise, and the rail releases it. Reverse the procedure to put it back. This is a nifty design, and I wish all my socket storage rails were this way.

I have a lot of tools and used a lot of tools over the years and rarely have been impressed but these Tekton sockets are as good as any I've seen. And for the price they are an outstanding value. The set even comes with a socket rail that uses turn to remove from the rail and turn to lock on the rail.

I have several tekton sets of sockets and have very good luck with them.

I don’t think you can beat the value in these tekton sockets. They are a great set because they don’t skip sizes, the smaller sockets are tapered so they fit into recessed holes. The no hassle lifetime warranty is awesome. I use them professionally every day. I’ve had them for about a month now. There is no deformation so far. A socket will show its durability quickly after some good pressure is put on it. These are great, highly recommend.

Set arrived with two 26mm sockets and no 27mm. Contacted Tekton support and I received the missing 27mm in 3 days. Very good customer service and very nice sockets.
