Like the speed of heating water and knowing it's exactly right temp. The kettle I use daily (with my aero press) the pour over style of coffee tastes exactly like mr coffee. Perfectly OK, but no big deal. The ceramic filter holder is well made and cleans easily. Filters are fine and easy to get at store. It's all fine and nice to not use electricity to make coffee. (I have gas stove). The blue color is cheery! The glass pot is very sturdy and works well with my aeropress too. I'd say all worth having. But the kettle is truly great. It's small which is perfect for getting my 4 cups of hot water cooked up super fast.

Do your research. Don't stop trying, You will eventually get it right and when you do the coffee taste so much better than a auto drip. Make sure you find a local coffee shop that roast beans, freshness is a game changer.. Also, buy a burr grinder and scale. It takes time and precision. Good Luck Oh, also be very careful with the glass items, I broke my lid right out of the box:(

I'm entering to the world of different methods of coffee preparations, this is one of the most famous and delicious methods to do it, for that reason I wanted to buy a Dipper V60 in ceramics, I think that the product is great, the pitcher includes a thermometer, this kit comes with filters and a recipient to receive the coffee, I'm very happy with the quality, materials, and package, and the most important thing, great price, totally recommended.

I wanted to give pour over coffee a try mainly because it looked so fun and neat as the bloom happens in the ground coffee. I wanted something affordable and gave me everything required to succeed.The set is sophisticated looking, and was easy to clean and prep for the first use. I do think next time I'll use a little more coffee as the reccomend amount was too little.Highly recommend for those wanting to try before they buy a more expensive set. I also purchased a different drip top, solely because I preferred the white over the blue color provided.

I love the gooseneck water kettle. The pitcher seems fragile, although it is holding up to daily use. The pitcher is also very thin, so coffee can cool down quite a bit just during the brewing process. The base to the pour over is irritatingly too small. It works fine on the pitcher, however to prevent the temperature drop, I want to brew directly on/into my cup and the base of the pour over is about a 1/8” too small for a large cup (Starbucks city cup). If you want to brew directly on/into a cup either use small cups or find a different pour over.

It looks very similar to Hario, but it isn't Hario. The product is okay, but I thought I bought Hario brand.
