Best tool to make flour tortillas
Tool is easy to use and easy to clean. My tortillas fluff everytime I make from scratch and can be used for dumplings also.

Works well for smaller projects, just needs a little more heft.
I purchased this rolling pin to roll out pizza dough. I needed a smaller pin for the “gramma style” pizza I make. I first used it though to pound/flatten small parboiled potatoes to make oven smashed potatoes. The rolling pin worked well but may have worked better if the pin had more weight to it. I then used it to roll out a pizza dough. Again, it worked quite well but might have worked better if it was a bit heftier in weight. It was easy to clean. Overall I am pleased with the product and am happy I purchased it.

solid price and solid rolling pin
I bake a lot, and I always used my mom's old rolling pin with flimsy handles that got in the way more often than not. I ordered this to avoid unnecessary handles while preventing my fingers from getting in the way thanks to the tapered ends. Also helpful when rolling out cookie dough because there isn't as much pressure on the edges of the dough, so the rolled dough has a more even thickness.It feels smooth and is sleek looking. I'm a fan and can see it lasting in my kitchen my whole life. (I'm 25, so that's a pretty solid chunk of time left)
