Screens on all sides, zippers keep it sealed
I looked around a lot for a 10x20 canopy that has screening on all sides. I'm trying to keep the mosquitoes out, while seeing a view of the garden on all sides. The Good: It pops up like a lot of 10x10 canopies. No screws. Because each panel is zippered, you can open a whole side like a garage door if there happen to be no mosquitoes. Or tie each panel to the side for a different effect. Velcro wraps at the top of the screening connect to the tubing so that the top comes down over it - pretty good mosquito seal. I've seen other products without zippers that just tie to the posts - lots of place for mosquitoes to get in. The top looks durable and appears waterproof. I know they recommend that it not be used in rain, but there is a clever grommet in the two places where rainwater would well up. It not that heavy for something that big. I used to use a 10x20 foot Costco tent, but there are lots of parts and takes a while to put up. Too much effort to put that up for one party. This canopy went up fast with two people. You have to inch out each of the six posts round robin to raise it, but it works. Velcro attach for the top works well. The Bad: There were supposed to be four type E posts that slide into four type F posts - making four longer posts that help support the top. My unit has three E posts and 5 F posts. So one of the posts couldn't click together. So I pounded one so it would fit in the other and then duct taped it. One of the six wide velcros that connect the top to the posts came off in my hand; I just hand stitched it back on. Apparently the seller doesn't not have a stock of the missing part. Conclusion: Since I couldn't find any other 10x20 canopy that only had screens, and this one had both screens and zippers, I wanted to try to make this work. Having to stitch the piece of velcro on wasn't a big deal. I got the design that I wanted, and it will be fine for use only twice a year for parties. I got a partial refund for the missing part, and I'm satisfied. Only one star off because of value. I'm willing to futz a little if the deal is good.

Not so easy assembly
Overall it is a great canopy for the coverage it has along with the netting to keep the bugs out. The one I received however had some faulty parts that kept popping off. It has buttons that are used to release the canopy when lowering it and the springs were not securely attached which caused a few of them to pop off and would not stay on. It doesn’t prevent it from staying up but you have to keep them someplace in order to take it down. Also you need at least 3 people really 4 to put it up and take it down. Another downside is you have to install the removable supports to the canopy each time you put it up then remove in order to take it down. The canopy is very light weight so it can not stay up during heavy winds. If you leave it up I suggest lowering it to the lowest height and using the included ropes to tie it down to something and maybe add weights to the legs.

Decent popup
Bought this for booth at the county fair, mainly because of the size and the flag theme top. It is easy to set up, but you really need 4 people, one at each corner to open it up and again to put it away. It must be tied down or use weights as it will catch wind and take off. I had this set up for five days at the end of July with blazing sunlight and heat. Provided great shade. By the end of the fair the blue parts had faded quite a lot. Now it's more of a dark Grey. That's the only beef I have with it.

Very first time using it and a button broke
UPDATE!! ITS JUNK! second event using it and despite being careful and having more than enough people to put up and take down it ripped right out of the plastic! I wish someone would make a canopy that was worth a damn anymore. Were a non-profit with not very much money to begin with and I feel like we waisted money here.VERY first time using it and a button broke so we had one leg that was jammed because of it and took a lot to take it down and fold up after the event last weekend. We got lots of compliments on it though. The ground stakes were worthless and the wind nearly blew the entire tent over, if it wasn't for the quick actions of the team it would have been trashed. Purchased better ground stakes this week and will try it out at a 5 day event in a few days.

Good but needs a little work.
I've used it 2 times now. Before I took it the first time I waterproofed it as some reviews said it was not waterproof. The seams are definitely not waterproof, as I found out this last time( I must have missed them with the sealer i bought.Super easy to put up as long as you have a few adults to help. The netting sides are optional to put on, which is great when there aren't alot of bugs around.Cons: some of the velcro was barely holding on when I got it. One strap was completely missing, didnt really make much difference though. One of the velcro straps ripped off of the netting sides by the door. While it sucks, I can still put it back on.The center top will not lay flat no mater how much I moved it into place.
