Good for Background Noise / Music
I don't know what I was expecting, but this is not music you listen to while doing nothing else, just for pleasure. It's too boring and formless. Okay for listening to while reading, but not much else, at least in my opinion. I suppose I can see how it would be good for meditation or mindfulness though.

Great CD
This is a really great Cd. I had purchased "Light" previously, so I knew I would enjoy this as well. It is so relaxing that you can go to sleep listening to it.
