Simple and elegant, the Rose Upholstered Bed with Storage will make a lasting impression in your room. With a modern look and a touch of mid-century style, this bed combines fashion and function. On the one hand, it is upholstered in linen featuring button-tufted details in foam padding in both the headboard and footboard. On the other hand, it comes with drawers that provide extra storage space for your bed sheets, season clothing and accessories. It is designed with a bentwood slat support system that provides incredible ventilation to keep your mattress fresh for longer and does not require a box spring or additional foundation. What’s more, the four contemporary legs round off this bed’s modern look, while the extra center legs ensure additional support for a sound night’s sleep.

Looks nice, good value for the price
Fairly easy (but time-consuming) to assemble. Looks like a more expensive bed than it actually is, but you can tell that the underlying materials are not the best quality. This isn't a bed frame that's going to last a lifetime, but is a good "your first apartment, need something that looks nice" product to use for a few years before upgrading.

Broken within a month
The frame..... within one month the bed base medal bar that is in the center broke and since you can't use anything with legs to hold up the bed, (otherwise the drawers won't close) your stuck with a giant whole in the bed and now you have the drawers out for a year and while your sleeping on a metal double twin frame. Save your paper work and everything because when you call customer service they will ask for this certain sticker on your bed and of course its been taken off by movers or your husband who said that was the hardest thing I built. Save your money. Buy a convenient bed. A normal bed!!! I've been fixing my bed for 2 years now. I spent 1000 dollars on my whole bed set when I moved in. Save your money.

Great headboard, well made, looks even better in person, easy assembly, excellent value
Great bed, great value. Bought Full size for my very picky and stylish college daughter. Also bought the Tuft & Needle mattress. The pair are fantastic and she couldn't be more pleased. I would gladly purchase this again and highly recommend it.Caveat, I have put together about 50 of these self-assembly furniture pieces, so I would not consider myself a novice.Shipping was fine. Its a 10 inch thick box that weighs 98 lbs, so keep that in mind for logistics. I ended up unpacking everything and then loading into my car for easier transportation prior to setup. This way two independent people could carry it to the upstairs room rather than needing two very strong people at the same time to do so.Assembly was a breeze. We finished in about 45 mins. I used a power drill with a 4mm bit clutched to 5. Thank you vendor for using single size bolts (4mm)! I highly recommend using a power drill with clutch to save a ton of time. Or at least buy a screw driver with replaceable bits so you can use a 4mm insert and not the mini one they provide. It will work, but you will have very sore wrists at the end of the day. None of the bolts stripped, nor did any of the nut seats come loose. All holes were perfectly aligned and I didn't have to modify any pieces. Only had to hand-tighten 4 bolts due to not bringing my right angle bit driver. Hardware was clearly marked, and had all the parts for assembly. However, the last picture indicated that there were 4 slip-on feet, but they were not in the box nor in the parts list. They didn't seem all that necessary, and not critical enough for me to call about it. Vendor might want to clarify this in future directions. Additionally, all parts except for the screws were clearly marked for assembly. However to verify the screws in each step, I had to verify the screw letter on the step page, and then go back to the beginning parts list to cross reference the screw ID to the screw size. Vendor might want to just add more descriptions on each page for exactly which screws to use so the cross-reference isn't needed. I also suggest a single picture in the beginning before starting assembly that shows in detail where every screw goes. But at the end of the day, the assembly was pretty obvious.I want to comment on previous mentions of the T-Bar issues not holding their weight and bending out. I inspected mine and they were the same and certainly sturdy enough all but the largest behemoths. However, they were designed to take vertical weight, not horizontal shear stress which clearly shows in the detractors' associated photos. I believe this was due to the bed being dragged rather than lifted when moved. Its not heavy at the foot once assembled, even with the mattress and bedding, and can be easily swiveled at the foot as long as its lifted first. However if it is pushed, especially on rug, I can see how the the feet would catch on the rug and run into shearing problems. Same issue for the legs, which were very sturdily bolted onto the frame. I thought it was nice that they installed the feet in a way that I could easily replace the legs with others without any issues. Regardless, lift before you move and you won't have any issues.

I feel as though my money was wasted because not even a year later the bed has totally fallen apart.
It is not even a year later and i have to buy a new bed. My money was wasted, I would have never purchased this frame if i would have known the sturdiness of the product was not a 10. Bed only lasted about 1 year if that.

Manufacturer Improvements have been made. Cautiously optimistic with a simple reinforcement.
I ordered this bed based on the high customer review score. Only afterward did I read that it appears to have significant design weaknesses and is prone to frame collapse. I was disappointed but I formulated a plan to improve the bed, based on information gathered from other reviewers. I'm adding my information to help others.Upon inspection prior to assembly I noticed a "new" design for the center, side to side cross beam. I have included a picture and circled it in red. This piece is somewhat evident in a few other reviewers' photos but it seems very different from the design which so many experienced a collapse with. The center leg is unlikely to bend as it is supported top and bottom, as are the legs on either side. From what I can see from the ones which collapsed, this appears to be a significant improvement.I assembled the bed and found it to be extremely rigid with no movement or squeaking. None. It feels very solid. I also used an idea suggested by another reviewer; I laid down 1x4 planks, cut to 54.5 inches in between most of the bed slats (see photo). This prevents the standard slats from flexing too much and distributes weight along all three frame support bars. Note that the included bed slats do appear to be a little weak for the job. I wouldn't trust them nor the plastic fittings they are attached with. The extra wood planks should easily compensate for this and prevent them from getting over stressed. The roll out drawers with plastic liners are likely not super strong nor durable. I'm sure I will have to improve them at some point also. However, for a bed in this price range, everything works and it looks nice and most importantly it feels very solid. Did I mention no squeaking?Lastly, this is probably overkill but I have ordered some reinforcement legs (see photo) to support the North/South center beam at the midway points between the cross bar and the headboard and footboard. Probably not necessary as the wood planks should prevent the center bar from getting too much weight, but it was cheap insurance.4 stars so far because with the $35 of reinforcements I made, I believe it is strong and solid. Better drawers and bed slats would make this a 5 star purchase.

Overall, a good sturdy platform.
This bed platform is very attractive (love the headboard), and one of the few with headboard AND drawers. The bed frame itself wasn't very hard to assemble (even though some areas got bent during shipment), but the drawers were tougher. Quite a few steps and parts for drawers, and i had to redrill some holes or just give up on them. What i wish i had considered is that, once assembled and in place, i hope you don't need side tables, because they block 2 of the 4 drawers. Drawers at the foot of the bed would've been much better.
