What is the gauge and expiration date?

I bought a box in July 2014 and they expire 01-2019 according to the box. Sterilized in 01-2014. Made in Poland. By Bayer company. There is no gauge on the box but they look / feel like 26. They're pretty small.

What size gauge is it? I can only use extra fine lancets

I checked my box to see what gauge they are for you , but I can't find anything on the box that says anything about it . The only thing I can tell you is that they aren't the same size as what came with my original glucose meter and they broke my spring on my device . Sorry I couldn't be more helpful .

I am also trying to find lancets that are 33Gauge. Any suggestions?

Does the silicone coating really make a difference? Or am I better getting a smaller gauge needle?
