My 4th one!
This is my favorite non-stick wok and I prefer this over the hexclad wok I also own that's double the price, I've been using Analon wok's for 5 years now and every year I throw away the old one and buy a new one. Why? Well, I use it daily and I'm of the belief that non-stick cookware should be replaced somewhat often, especially when run hot like wok's are. If you want a forever wok you'll need carbon steel. I never exceed 400 degrees F but the reality is non-stick does not last forever. Overall this is a great Wok and I love using it. If you're looking for a good high quality non-stick wok I absolutely recommend this one, just keep in mind it is non-stick and you cannot run it blazing hot like you can a carbon steel wok. I suggest 400 degrees tops.

Excellent cookware!
A few days ago I got the cookware set, and boy, it is really beautiful! I started using it right away. Love the shiny lids and the fry pans are just great quality! I used the saucepan and the soup pot a couple days ago, wow! I can make 3-4 quarts of soup or chili and feed a whole crowd! The best part is I don't have to use a big flame with the pans-- they heat up with burners on medium, they don't require a lot of watching! I was concerned that since they are a little pricey, I'd better be doubly careful! But I'll never have to buy another set of pans, with care these will last a long long time! I love the handles, too, they don't get as hot as the cheaper pans do and will never melt or warp! lol...I recommend these pans for every gourmet cook (even the cooks that are just starting out!)

Home cook, this is the best non-stick pan I’ve ever used
All new non-stick pans work great, so I left a review after using them for a year and a half. I can definitely say that this is the best non-stick pan I have ever used. This is the cooking result last week. After a year and a half of use, the non-stick effect is still very good. Of course, I abide by the following rules of use:1. Only use silicone spatulas, tongs, and chopsticks2. Use a sponge to clean3. Do not burn without any food for a long time or heat to too high a temperature. This pot is similar to an iron pot and has good heat storage properties. When initially heated, it takes a long time to rise to the ideal cooking temperature. But once the ideal temperature is reached, you can adjust the heat to medium to low. Good heat storage will reduce temperature changes when adding ingredients. In addition, the temperature distribution is very uniform. You can clearly see this through the beautiful brown color of the photo. This is the best, most ideal non-stick pan. The small one is suitable for frying eggs for 1 to 2 people, and the large one is suitable for making meals for 1 person.

Almost perfect
These pots and pans are great - with a few caveats.~They don't come with the most universal size pan; the 10". If you want the 10" it only comes in a 2 piece set with another pan that is already in this 11 piece set. So you have to have a superfluous pan and spend twice as much just to get a 10" pan. How annoying!~These are HEAVY. If you have weak wrists you will not be flipping your pancakes in these.~My saute pan came all dinged up, and has a pronounced sunk in circle in the middle. How did that get past quality control? Hopefully anolon will replace it, TBD.~The surface of these isn't as smooth as my previous base model anolon set, dried on food doesn't just slide off under running hot water like it did with the other ones. Hopefully the trade-off is longevity, but these have almost a cast iron pan texture. With all that said, these are light years beyond the cute off white granite nonstick pans I tried using to save a little money, and do much easier than the carbon steel pans I tried switching to to avoid PTFE. I don't like that they have PTFE, but it is what it is if you're looking for nonstick.

Best Frying Pan Ever
The media could not be loaded. I've been using these 8" & 10" Anolon frying pans for years, sure they only last a year but they see daily use and sometimes more. No other pan compares to the great feel from the handle to the heavy thick construction. It's rather hard to keep the outside looking new once spills get burnt on. I only use them on a gas stove so i can't comment on their induction or electric performance. The nonstick holds up well considering I don't take much care when it comes to keeping metal utensils away from them, I mostly use wood or silicone in them but when making crepes, I peal and flip them with a butter knife. After 12 months they have served me well and I retire them for a fresh set.

Best pans I ever used
They last many years if you don't put them in the dishwasher. Superior heat distribution with the copper layer.

The customer service has failed to come through with a warranty card for me! Very disappointed!!
There was no warranty card in the box when I received the cookware. I tried to get in touch with their customer service by calling the company number. Never was able to talk with a person. Was referred to the online customer service and issued a ticket # with the assurance I would hear from a representative soon. I purchased the cookware in mid December, and have yet to hear from the company after they have issued me two ticket #s requesting a warranty card. Is this because I bought the cookware from Amazon, rather than directly from the company? I have been an Anolon customer for years and had no problem with their warranty before this.

Best non-stick pans
The pans I ordered were replacements for the same that I had for about 4 years. I've had a lot of non-stick pans and these are the best ones I've had. They are a bit heavy (which I don't mind) but that's the price you pay to get very even heating across the entire surface without any hot spots. The non-stick surface is the most durable non-stick surface I've had but it does wear a little over time. As long as you use silicon spatulas with these pans the surface will last a very long time. The only reason I needed to replace my pans is because my young daughter ruined the pans by overheating them and using a metal spatula on them; this was not a fault of the pans or reflects on their durability. In addition, if you like to cook omelets and don't want any browning of the eggs, these are the best pans for omelets.
