Bad battery
Battery won't hold a charge set it up by the instructions and never has held a charge only tried to use it 3 times not happy with it for the money so it is pretty much a paper weight I'm sure they won't cover it or replace it never did hold a charge said it was charged but two days later when I wanted to use it it was dead
