It works - really well.
You ever go to a high class place and wonder what they used to get the tile/brick floors looking like they were "wet" because they were so glossy and awesome looking? They might be using Miracle Sealant because that's what my floor looked like after I applied it.I just bought their applicators, but you can probably use any pad with that material and get the same results. But why? Theirs were inexpensive and right there and I knew they would work.Easy application. Spill on and keep pushing (or pulling) the pad in the same direction the entire time over the entire surface to apply. Wear gloves. If you are sensitive to VOC's, get a respirator (not a face mask, a full face respirator with OV (organic vapor) filters - might run $150+; worth it and reusable if you are sensitive). The stuff is low VOC, but if you are in an enclosed area, it gets to 'ya after 10 minutes even with a window/fan.I did two applications. I thought about three, but after two the floor looked so glossy-wet, that I figured I'd see nothing but glossy-reflection if I applied a 3rd coat. Pretty amazing.I used about 1/2 of the bottle on 120 Square feet of unglazed porcelain tiles to do 2 coats (so really, 240 square feet)- that is about 33% more tile coverage than the label said! I'm sure other tiles/brick would have sucked up more, though and put it right at what the label said - about 360 square feet covered.Fantastic product to truly get that "ritzy" feeling for your tile! Now, you know this one works and your search might end!

100% recommend!
I used this sealer a few years ago on a few DIY projects, and I loved the results! It gave the tiles a beautiful finish. Super easy to apply, dried nicely, and held up well over time without yellowing or peeling. 100% recommend!

Working very nicely on my slate backsplash tiles
Being an avid reader of comments prior to buying, here's my take on things that get mentioned:- Yes, it smells. Most good sealants will. It's not overpowering in any way, and I have a sensitive sniffer. Now, I'm only doing four 1sqft tiles at a time, so keeping it to a small amount each application will help keep the smell in check.- It does go on milky and dries clear. When I first applied, I did what the instructions said, and evened it out meticulously - that was a mistake, for my project anyways. It seemed far too matte when I did that. It wanted to be slathered on, milky spots and all to get a the glossy shine. Two very wet coats, and my tiles look amazing.Things to note: not all stone will react the same. Porous stone is best. Applying this to porcelain therefore makes no sense. As well, note the temperature and particularly the humidity, indoors and out, when applying. Yes, even when applying indoors, the outdoor humidity will absolutely have an affect on drying and reapplication time. Doing these with dew points outside in the 20's and 30's, and I was reapplying in 10 minutes, and the smell dissipated quickly.Good luck!

Works as titled
We recently just cleaned the grout in our kitchen and I wanted a sealer to protect it from staining again. It's still porous and standing liquids do leave a wet mark but definitely looks/feels pretty durable and long lasting. The shine isn't amazing but we do notice a big difference than what it was before. We have porcelain wood tiles and I picked this product for a very competitive price, shine and sealing.Application was time consuming and we used 2 layers with it could of using a 3rd but it covered a ton of area with some still left over. I used a washcloth but I think a sponge would be a lot better. Apply generously I'd say.

Did exactly what I wanted
Recently remodeled an old bathroom with saltillo tiles showing their age. Lots of ground in grime from years of traffic, and the original color of the tiles were faded and tired. Really wanted to avoid re-tiling and the bath was going "rustic" anyway - so I gave this sealer a shot. Went on as easily as sponge washing the floor, dried in 5-10 minutes and the second coat did as well. Cleaned up with soap & water. Not only added a nice shine to the dull tiles, but brought back the original reds, tans & orange colors. Still looks beat up - but along the lines of intentional rustic & not worn out and used up. Very pleased with the product.

Use on natural cement or terracotta do not put over painted surface.
Change the color I painted on the cement block. This is not to be used on painted surfaces like concrete. Disappointed. I probably should have bordered lacquer or varnish all I want is my painted pots to shine and don't use spray gloss cuz it goes all over the place wasted money but it made a beautiful shiny coat on plastic not sure what to use anymore
