Had to return... there is no way the bottom case fits the 2020 model of the 13" MacBook Pro.

I got this case because I loved the color and texture. However I think the material is not durable at all. The thread from the case is coming out on the edge where the vents for the laptop are. It looks like a design flaw where the material doesn't stay secure by these vents, which are on the edge of the case. This started to occur about 6 weeks into product ownership. I would love to talk to customer service about this, because I like the product, however I'm disappointed how quickly the thread of the textile started to come out. After 3 months of use the plastic clips that hold onto the screen cracked. The wear and tear I'm seeing is extreme given the fact I've been working from home since Coronavirus started in March.

Does not fit 2020 macbook

The cover was beautiful. But DOES NOT fit as advertised. Only the top fits but the not the bottom. Contacted them and they’ll said that I’ll get replacement when they’ve received the old one LOL. “Dude - I can just return this one and got new one in the same day lol.” Can you offer any better resolution!!!!!

Keeps sliding off the screen and the hinges frequently come off and nearly scratched my screen.

Laptop cases and phone cases alike are so overpriced, which makes this case a good deal. I had the same Incase laptop case for my 13" Mac Book Pro model # A1708 from Spring 2018-Feb 2021 that finally chipped and needed to be replaced. To replace it, I bought this case again but in the blush color. I chipped my previous case by bending the screen back too far. This case is durable, with only one chip over the almost 3 years that I've used it. I love the look and feel of it. With "great" Mac Book cases costing upwards of $80, this case is great for the price. The biggest downside for me is that the case does not allow the laptop to achieve its full screen tilt.
