Inexpensive, effective, and easy DIY
I purchased 2 of these for my 2 Buicks. One has been running in my commute car (within 30 miles) for nearly 8 months with no problems. The other has been in for a few months in the one we use for trips, groceries, appointments, and everything else with no problems.The one that I have had in for the longer period of time replaced the old sensor that was not doing its job and ended up causing the torque converter to misbehave and mess up my transmission. The transmission was a lot more expensive than this part. I had a mechanic repair the transmission, and he told me about the sensor. I ran the car without changing the sensor for a bit, and some residual tremors returned from the bad sensor. I ordered this, and it has been fine. I just need tires, now (that's why it is the short distance commute car)...They are super easy to install (unplug and unclip the old one, clip in and plug in the new one and you're done).Disclaimer: I am not an Automotive Mechanic, I just happen to have enough resources and tools to get me into and out of most trouble I come across. I deal with other mechanical systems at my job. I do trust my "transmission guy's" judgement. I also understand that some more experienced people could argue the validity of the sensor/torque-converter/transmission chain that I described above. It seems a reasonable explanation to me, so I am communicating it the way it was passed to me. The sensor did appear to clear up the problems that returned a bit after the fix, but that could have been coincidence.

Standard is my favorite brand eapecially then it's going on my vehicle. It worked great.

Super easy replacement
Dog gone easy to install. Even a child could do it. No but really 5 minutes from out with the old to in with the new. Don’t deal with a CEL caused by this.

Received part, worked great for a week and then the car would no longer run, replaced with version from auto part store and it ran great again. Do not wast your time with this product.
