Size:2 Pack Although originally engineered for feeding the Goniopora genus, this product has been very well received in the hobby as an excellent food source for all filter feeding corals. The particle size of Reef-roids is around 150-200 microns. This is THE perfect size for Goniopora to feed on. When using Reefroids, you will notice excellent polyp extension on all filter feeding corals. Zoanthids, Mushrooms and Ricordia will demonstrate a distinct feeding response. And with continued use, your filter feeding corals will experience faster growth and better colors.Ingredients: Unlike many other "coral foods" on the market, Reef-roids is NOT made with processed fish meals or other ingredients that can rapidly degrade water quality. Reef-roids is a mixture of naturally occurring marine planktons including a specific species of zooplankton that is unique to our product.Directions: For each 100G of your system volume, mix one teaspoon of Reef-roids with some water from your tank. Stir this mixture until it has completely dissolved. We highly recommend target feeding the paste to your corals using a syringe or turkey baster while circulation pumps are turned off. Otherwise, pour the paste in an area of high flow before turning off the in-tank circulation pumps. One container will feed a 100G tank for 3 months. (Estimate based on 2 feedings per week).Guaranteed Analysis:, Crude Protein 60% min, Crude Lipid 20% min, Ash 6% max, Crude Fiber 8% max, Moisture 6% max, Astaxanthin 150-200 ppm.

Probably won't be purchasing again. Use with caution!
Corals seem to be growing more since adding this to my tank. However, my nitrate levels went up as soon as I started this stuff. I now have cyano in both tanks since starting this. I didn't have those problems before I added this stuff to my tanks. Since nitrate spike and cyano began, I have lost a few corals. I even used a lower amount than it recommended (1/3 of the amount) from the beginning in fear of it being too much going into the tank. If you use this stuff, just be careful and watch your levels and such.

I'm getting terrific polyp extension
WOW. I'm using this in conjunction with Polyp Booster, and there is a definite response during coral feeding with these products. I'm getting terrific polyp extension, even on some Acros that traditionally wouldn't show much, And the larger LPS corals go nuts. I even see Zoas reacting to these two products like I've never seen with another food. After feeding twice a week for a month, I can say that acro coloration is becoming more pronounced, and growth around some of the corals' holdfast is accelerating.

My easiest 5 star review ever, If you want growth, this is the best coral food on the market!
First time nano reef tank owner, was hesitant on many things needed to start a reef tank but I found that you need to believe in the process of buying the proper items for your tank if you want success. Your corals will grow almost before your eyes with Reef Roids! My very first coral was a duncan frag which came with 3 heads. I target feed up to 3 times per week and the coral looks like a chipmunk with its cheeks full of seeds after each feeding. Two weeks into feeding the duncan has grown 2 additional heads and there is a noticeable size increase. I have three mixes I use to feed, one is just a thick mixture of reef roids that basically oozes out of the feeder into the coal mouth, second is a slightly more diluted reef roid mixture with mysis shrimp and third is the most diluted reef roid mixture with mysis shrimp and phytoplankton. My Clownfish will eat any of the three mixtures so its great for the whole tank. One clown is half the size of the other and this makes it much easier to get both clowns fed without one being a piglet and hogging all the kibble.

Seriously Smelly and Tasty for my saltwater habitants.
Even the fish go crazy over them, the shrimps hang on to the ends of the tube i use to feed, and the corals growing like never before. Best of all I have not noticed any addition of algae or accelerated form of nitrates. Even the filters dont need a new changing schedule. And I feed this stuff 2-3 times a week. Its important to get the ratio right, dont put too much water into the mix, half a teaspoon feeds 20 mouths. Like to mix this with brine shrimp to add some texture. Love it and will last several months.

Greatest stuff ever!!!
This stuff is great for your corals. I've ordered this a second time and all my corals live it. You want your corals to get big and multiply then use this stuff!! Plus I don't use it all the time just about once a week or once every 2 weeks works great. Filter feeders love it too.

Results were very fast.
I’m new to corals so after some research, I decided to give it a try. I apply the reef roids once a week and the results were amazingly fast! Corals began to grow and color up and it’s easy to apply. I use a syringe without the needle which slows me to put it directly on the corals. Definitely a must for solid growth.

Best food for stressed corals.
This is my favorite coral food, all corals love this. Always use on new coral to get them accustomed to being feed. After their tentacles open for this, when appropriate I’ll feed larger foods like Mysis. This has helped save the lives of many, several that got stung by an anemone.

Outstanding
Incredible for reef tanks. I had some corals that were struggling no matter what we did. This product is like "Miracle Gro" for your tank. All the corals and invertebrates have been thriving since I started adding it to the tank regularly. Will continue to use the product and the seller was excellent. Great product and great shipping speed.
