Good product-worth the money
Good product, it's got the lacto and bifido...very important to have BOTH. And it doesn't have anything else you DON'T want in it (a real trick these days!).

This is a great, reasonably priced probiotic. My Dr. recommended it after I got off long term antibiotics, and it definitely works.

If you don't like Madison Avenue spin....
Let's hope the magic powder in those tiny little capsules really is the good stuff---and I've got my fingers and toes crossed. The product packaging, however, is a joke---you get a half-inch of capsules in the bottom of a very large glass jar. Talk about disingenuous or even misleading marketing---c'mon Innate folks (including Dr. LowDog), can't you quit wasting all the resources that go into a bottle that's 15x bigger than it needs to be, along with the wads of cotton balls that take up the 98% unused volume in the bottle? My skeptical side wonders---if they want to pull the wool over our eyes by packing some relatively expensive pills (but hey, I believe in the placebo effect so it's all good, right?) into the bottom 1/12 of a bottle and hide them under lots of cotton wadding, can they be relied on to produce a probiotic pill that actually does what they say it will?

Very pleased, will def
Very pleased, will def. buy again. I have noticed some of my nail ridges have smoothed out since taking this probiotic, that could be a coincidence or it could be to the fact that my body is balancing and absorbing the nutrients it finally needs.

Love Innate
Innate is a great brand, no issues with delivery. I keep it refrigerated and take 1 a day, will increase to 2 per day. Still have gassy stomach especially at night. Will see if increasing the dosage helps.

Did not work as a yogurt starter
Used this for yogurt starter and the yogurt had black fungus on top in just 8 hours. Did not have any issue with the other brand though. Tried multiple times and had the same result.
