Soldering Iron Tips T12 Electrical Solder Tip Kits for Micro Electric Soldering Station, Small Pencil Soldering Iron, Mini Solder Pen Accessory (T15-BCM2/BCM3, 2Pcs)

I am using these in a Pinecil V2. you need to do something to prevent the tip from being inserted too far, and 3d printed parts for that are available. Since it wasn't designed for such long tips, it is cumbersome, but if you have ever used a concave bevel tip, you know exactly how versatile these are. The pinecil dumps about 30W into the MCB3 when tinning a penny, and absolutely demolishes any conical tip in that test tinning the penny w ith 63/37 in about 4 seconds with the temperature at 350C.tip resistance is 8 ohms, which i believe is standard for T12 tips. haven't tested drag soldering with this tip yet, but I have no doubt it will perform.one note is that only the bevel is iron plated and will wet with solder. I am used to a weller gull wing tip that will wet about 3-5mm up the side of the tip, so this may slightly change how I use the tip.

They work perfectly! For the price I pay for the set, I'm not looking for perfection. I was very surprised when that's exactly what I got though.

I wanted to grab these for some drag soldering. Haven't used them much at all but they have a nice well tip. Pleased with quality. I don't solder for a living so these should last a long time.

So far I have tried several of the tips with good performance. I am using them in a KSGER soldering station. I will update if anything changes.

Spot on! Everything you'd expect from a hakko tip for not all the price. Temp spot on quick to heat up.
