Seems to be quality made
I am happy with these deck hatches. Used to cover intake & exhaust duct for AC inside a cargo trailer when not in use.Couldn't find specification for install hole diameter prior to ordering. Forgot what the size is, 4-3/8? But not available in the big box or smaller hardware stores in my area. The cover is the right size to draw a circle and I used a sabre saw to cut the hole.

Well built
Nice for inspection hatch. My only complaint is that holes are to close to lower hatch ridge and I could only use screws and not bolts to secure as there is not enough clearance for washer or nut on inside of hatch

just what I needed
Exactly the size as described (which meant I needed to do a little cutting, but I knew that before I bought). This sits barely above the deck, which is an improvement over the one it replaced which sat up about 1" causing it to get kicked and broken to begin with.

Missing Hardware
Bought 4 access hatches for the boat, 3 came in as expected, 1 was obviously a return and had no hardware included. Disappointed, but not surprised... guess I get to go to the hardware store.

Incorrect Size
In the product description it states, "Cut Out Dia: 101mm(4")"...this is absolutely NOT true, this DOES NOT fit a 4" cut out...please remove that from the description!Product looks decent, but I wouldn't know right now because I have to buy a bigger hole saw before I can install it! And shame on me for reading the description and cutting a 4" hole in advance!!
